Ryan Jackson is a seasoned natural resource executive, corporate director and investor with over a decade of C‑suite leadership across mineral exploration, project development and production. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Titan Discovery Corp., a private exploration company advancing a major, diversified critical minerals project in Quebec, Canada.
His experience in the mining industry spans on-the-ground technical execution alongside geologists and mining engineers to high-level corporate strategy, including public company compliance, corporate governance and corporate development across multiple Canadian issuers and IPOs. A skilled dealmaker, Mr. Jackson has raised significant capital in the public and private markets for resource companies, building an international network of institutional, strategic and private wealth relationships. Beyond his core focus in mining, he leverages his market expertise to deploy capital across real estate and technology investments.
Mr. Jackson holds dual degrees from McGill University in Environmental Science, focusing on the environmental determinants of human health, as well as Political Science. This background brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to risk management, regulatory strategy and sustainable resource development.
